[IPNM] IPMI Device "Global" Commands

Get Device ID - NetFn = App (0x06h), CMD = 0x01h
[IPMI tool in Linux]
ipmitool -b <channel> -t <address> raw 0x06 0x01
ipmitool -b <channel> -t <address> mc info

For example
